potashWhen your crop is ready to begin its flowering stage – is the time that it has a massive need for potassium for the development of the flowers. Because of this – it’s possible for the levels of potassium in the solution to drop dramatically – and although the plant can adapt to this – it does mean that the growth rate has to slow down in order to compensate for the lack of availability of potassium. This obviously means smaller crops and the need to change the solution regularly to ensure there is an adequate supply of potassium.

By using Superior Potash you will be able to stop this from happening. It is manufactured using our Hot Mix technology and is of the highest quality. We recommend that it is used in conjunction with your usual fertilizing programme.

So why can’t potassium just be added to the nutrient mix to make thing simpler? Well the problem is that not everyone’s system is the same and extra potassium could cause an upset in the balance of some systems. In some conditions – as concentration of the nutrients increases – they can actually ‘salt out ‘.

We however maintain normal concentrations so this can’t occur.

Deliveries are usually made via tracked services and will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure there is someone available to receive and sign for the parcel, or advise us of an alternate delivery address using the options available when completing your order at the checkout. Please use the BFPO option if you are sending to BFPO address, this will automatically update the delivery address with the MOD BF Postcode and will also work out the VAT exempt addresses.

Smaller, lightweight orders can be shipped using standard Royal Mail 1st class services.

Royal Mail will deliver between 09.00am and 18.00pm and cannot give a set time for delivery.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the timescales stated on our website we will not be held liable for any consequential losses caused by late delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available to sign for delivery. If in the event your order is unable to be signed for your parcel will be returned and you will be liable for further shipping costs.

Electrical

Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Bristol Hydro Centre cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.

Grow Lamps

If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure its in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange.

Liquids

We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
