Free standard delivery on orders over £100 to mainland Britain only. Ireland and Scottish highlands will cost £18.95 We send all our products out the next working day via courier. All our products are shipped securely. Free delivery if total cart order exceeds £100. Heavy And Large Item Exempt

Do you stock all the items listed on your website?
Yes we do. We carry a large amount of stock to ensure that you can get the items you want when you want them. In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone to inform you when we expect to be able to fulfil your order. Goods are never out of stock for very long,
How long will the delivery take?
orders placed before 3pm GMT being sent the same working day but please allow a maximum of 5 working days to receive goods
Can I order online and collect my goods directly from your shop?
Yes you can. If you want to beat the shop queue and make the most of our web promotions, simply order online and select 'Collect from Shop' as your delivery method. We will have your order ready and waiting for your collection. Please bring your web order number with you and allow at least 2 hours after ordering before collection.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Bristol Hydro Centre as we always aim to provide the best hydroponic products and service to all our customers.
If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from Bristol Hydro Centre , please contact Us on 0117 9642020 within 30 days, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated), and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to are store. Please read below for our returns policy on specific items:
Electrical
Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Bristol Hydro Centre cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
Grow Lamps
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure its in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange.
Liquids
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
